[ICANN Academy WG] PILOT - ICANN Leadership Training Programme in Buenos Aires

Hi,

I know the Trainers for the last 2 days are not being compensated.  I assume, thought there still are the expenses on needing to house/feed them for 4 days  (assuming they were coming to BA anyway, if not there was also flight expenses). I figure this is on a budget somewhere.

On the other training, the facilitation training for which we are not responsible, I assume the trainers are being paid and there is a budget for all of that.  I was curious about the comparative costs between the two programs. I assume the budget is transparent and maybe we saw the budget already, but I don't remember seeing that. 

The comparison of budgets is part of an argument that we should not be pennywise on the budget for the substantive training on the critical issues before ICANN while spending a lot to teach our leaders some facilitation techniques that may or may not help in the specific cauldron that is the ICANN WG/C/SG/AC/SO/Board
