Hello,

I believe Vanda is a great candidate but I wonder how she can be
accommodated on the list if 5 is the limit. I also note that the
requirement highlights that the person be "newcomer and experienced
member". I see Vanda more as a veteran ;-)

That said, I see 2 from Africa hence the option could be to substitute
someone from LAC for either of those 2 slots but that person needs to meet
the criteria stated. More importantly is that the person needs to either be
from NCSG or ASO.

I think that's going to be a difficult one to achieve. :-)
