[Internal-cg] ICG Charter on website, and other documents

Hi Paul,

We will have a link to the Charter added to the Coordination Group page -
https://www.icann.org/en/stewardship/coordination-group
With respect to documents, on the right hand-side of the Coordination
Group page - there is a link to "Activities"
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/icg-activities-2014-07-18-en, which
compiles Calls for Input, Announcements, ICG Documents, Correspondences,
ICG Exchanges and Document Repository, Contact.
