[Internal-cg] Proposed agenda for Sept 17 call

Ah, I reacted too soon to Wolf's message, hadn't seen this yet. If we can defer the decision to the Oct 1 call, it would be better. 
I doubt the comment period on the ICANN process will alter the need to appoint a liaison, but we could probably devote more time to the topic if it were deferred. --MM
