Thanks Flip.  On the last call we discussed meeting last week, 1 August, so as to try to maintain the momentum, but unfortunately too few participants were able to do so on short notice.  Bernard therefore sent a follow-up email on 26 July proposing to have an additional meeting on 15 August, again in an effort to get to a point where we could put something out for public comment around ICANN 78.  We did have an indication from Kavouss that he would be unable to make a call then, but not from anyone else, hence scheduling the call.

I can't free time to add calls for the IRP IOT this month in my agenda. Apologies for that.
I thought that, on our last call, there was not a lot of appetite for an additional 15 August call. So the invite surprises me.
I remember David expressing the wish to deliver a document at ICANN78 but I don't think that is realistic.
