A reminder that we will be discussing Rule 7 Consolidation, Intervention and Participation as an Amicus during our call on Tuesday. The small team were agreed on a number of recommendations for updating this section, but have also identified various questions for determination by the full IOT. Please review the documents and come ready to discuss.

You will probably find it easiest primarily to review the clean copy. The redline is provided so that you can see what we propose changing over the existing interim rules, but it is a very “busy" document and so not the easiest to read.
