[IOT] Updated Draft IRP Supplementary Procedures for Public Comment

Dear IRP-IOT members,

Please find attached the updated draft legal text of the IRP Supplementary Procedures for public comment. The draft text has been updated to address the instructions from the IRP-IOT to the drafters. The document contains some considerations for the IOT’s consideration of non-substantive refinements to the rules for consistency and uniformity throughout the rules. For ease of reference, a clean and redline copy is attached. The redline tracks changes against the version that was circulated to the group on 31 January 2024.
