All,

I think you will find some interesting material in the ICANN response to
the questions in the GAC Copenhagen Communique -- it's almost entirely
devoted to WHOIS, Contractual Compliance and Abuse related issues.

This was posted by ICANN on their correspondence page under the rather
opaque title of "Letter from Goran Marby to Thomas Schneider."
