She's actually been under contract since early October and has already had some time available to get up to speed on the project. She will be able to hit the ground running in Montréal.

On the agenda item "Setup for Study 2".  That is an interesting item since one of the main points of Study 1 was to determine whether we actually needed a study 2 and so on.  Planning to have a Study 2 before even starting Study 1 seems to put the cart before the horse.

That said, if we are definitely doing a Study 2 (and the Board indicates we are), then I agree we should be planning for that ASAP so as to not delay anything else.

I have not heard any indication that the Board is definitely planning on Study 2. On the contrary, I believe they are waiting, along with the rest of us, for the results of Study 1.
