Yes, there is a decision point after Study 1 as to whether to proceed 
with Study 2.

My suggestion, which we can certainly discuss during the meeting, is 
that we seek to develop the input from this working group for the SOW 
for Study 2.  I don’t expect that we will finish at this meeting 
however I do expect that it might inform how we review the results of 
Study 1 and perhaps our engagement in Study 1.
