[NCAP-Discuss] Revised draft of NCAP Study 1 report

Matt et al,

I was under the impression that corp.com <http://corp.com/> was now part of ORDINAL, but the fact that it's for sale for USD 1.7 Mi goes against that assumption
Perhaps Jeff (JAS) could clarify it.
