[NCAP-Discuss] NCAP Weekly Meetings - change

Dear NCAP Discussion Group,

As discussed during the last meeting, we have changed the format of those weekly meetings from a webinar to a regular Zoom call.

There is no need to use a separate link for panelist anymore. Everyone can just click on the link in the calendar invite and will be connected immediately.
