[NCAP-Discuss] slide deck for 3 November - proposed workflow

Sorry I had to miss yesterday's call.  The slides look good though.

I have a general question.  How about adding a final workflow step where
the applicants were recommended to perform a sort of post-mortem a year
after their mitigation efforts where they assess the degree to which the
mitigation effort was successful?  These types of reports would be useful
for future NCAP's.

Thoughts?
