[NCAP-Discuss] slide deck for 3 November - proposed workflow

Speaking personally, I believe that implicit in the review you’re 
proposing is the requirement that the report be made public.  I say that 
because otherwise the report wouldn’t be available to a “future 
NCAP”.

Do you agree?

With respect to future NCAPs, I’d like to think there will never be 
another one, but I guess that’s a little too much to expect.  Are you 
suggesting we recommend a future NCAP?  Personally my quick reaction is 
not to say anything about a future NCAP because I think if that happens 
it’ll happen naturally because it’s the right thing to do at the 
time.

What do others think?
