Hi Matt.  That link is requiring me to sign in to Google docs which I am not permitted to do.  I am copying Jennifer and Kinga to see if someone can send me a Word doc.  I have a GNSO Council conflict tomorrow but will try to review the responses to the two questions you noted before the meeting if I can get that Word copy.

As mentioned on the NCAP DG call last week, the draft Board Questions are available for contributions and suggested edits.  They are still a work in progress.  We will discuss Board Questions 7 and 8 this week. We are targeting a complete set of answers to be sent to the DG before the end of the year for review/consensus.
