[NCAP-Discuss] Multiplied calendar invites - NCAP DG weekly meetings

Dear NCAP DG Members,

Several members of the Discussion Group brought to our attention that they have multiple calendar invites to the weekly NCAP meetings with different Zoom links. In order to solve the confusion, can I ask everyone to delete their NCAP meetings from their calendars? Next, I will resend the invitation with the current Zoom link.

I will send out the new meeting invitation on Monday afternoon, so everyone has enough time to read this email. The weekly meeting will be held at the same time – Wednesdays at 8:00pm UTC.
