[NCAP-Discuss] OCTO submission to NCAP public comment

Dear colleagues,

I wanted to let you know that OCTO has made a submission to the currently open NCAP public comment (https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/name-collision-analysis-project-ncap-study-2-documents-27-01-2022/submissions/icann-org-office-of-the-cto-octo-22-02-2022 <https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/name-collision-analysis-project-ncap-study-2-documents-27-01-2022/submissions/icann-org-office-of-the-cto-octo-22-02-2022>). The comments should be interpreted as OCTO’s position, not the position of any single person. I should note that it is not unusual for groups within ICANN org to contribute to public comment proceedings. In this case, after reviewing the documents, OCTO believed a comment was warranted.
