[NCAP-Discuss] "Visible Interruption (VI) and Visible Interruption and Notification (VIN) - Privacy and review"

That’s probably in the eye of the beholder, but what I’ve got from it is that VIN is toast. 

Although the assessment mentions VI/VIN as a pair throughout the text, the “no no”s I’ve read were applicable to VIN. 
So I wouldn’t kill VI just yet. To the contrary, I now see a window where VI could be deployed.
