Dear Sarmad, Please find attached herewith the Final submission from NBGP to proceed further. There are no pressing comment / suggestion which requires any modification at this stage, though I myself wanted to suggest some change, however as we this will require further deliberation among community members which will delay the submission, we shall do that in next version if so required.As today is NBGP committed date to submit the proposal and we shall continue working to modify further and later send you updated one, till than I propose to call this as submission as NBGP LGR for Devanagri Version 1-2017 forthe purpose of discussion in future. Jay Paudyal has compiled the list of contributors, and as discussed with you, I have made it part of LGR. Thank you Jay for compiling this list.  If any members name is missing, please let me know  personally or Jay, we will get it updated.Sarmad, Please take this attached LGR ver 1 further, NBGP is looking forward for feedback and comments.
