Thanks for the quick reply Rudi.  What about the NPOC voice mailing list
and the members? I for one was not consulted or aware that it was shut
down? Who authorised that this email automatically be put on the NPOC
discuss mailing list?

Also you have not responded to the SCI as yet on the NPOC alternative
member.

I leave it up to Joan whether she wishes to provide more information on her
background or if she prefers to keep it vague...
