Hello NPOC Members,

Thank you NPOC members who have responded by updated their NCSG info.  For
those who still need to do so, please be aware that tomorrow, August 20th,
is the last day to do do.

You are receiving this notice because your organization is listed as a
member of ICANN's Not -for-Profit Operational Concerns Constituency (NPOC).

You are also a member of the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG), which
means you are required to update your membership on an annual check-in
process. This ensure the membership list is current and accurate and that
email ballots for the annual election will be sent to the proper email
address for active members.

*Important notice: Please respond before 20 August 2015, *or:

   you will be placed on the "inactive" membership list, and
   -

   being on the active membership allows you to vote in the annual election,

Please take a moment to 'check-in' by sending your *response to: *
rafik.dammak.ncsg at gmail.com and maryam.bakoshi at icann.org, *to ensure you
are listed as "active" and receive your ballot during the annual election.*

By emailing to the above addresses, it will confirm your email address as
the right email address for your NCSG membership record. You can also
request updating your records e.g. changing the email address. If you have
any question please contact me at joan.kerr at npoc.org asap.
