[Npoc-discuss] ellowship Program Brings Experienced Alumni to ICANN56 Policy Forum

Hi Martin, while you're doing a great job, this situation seems no clear to
me.

IMHO,the Fellowship Committee could not affect a fellowship to anybody
without consulting the constituency Excom or at lears the Chair or the
vice-chair.

Anyway +1 @Joan cause NPOC is in need of a very good professional to work
with.
