[Npoc-discuss] Special event for NGOs during ICANN Marrakech meeting

Dear Friends

Greetings. It seems to be time that we start working to implement the 
event for NGO's during the ICANN Marrakesh meeting. We had an event 
planned for Dublin which we could not implement for various reasons but 
I think the structure and concept of the event is still sound:

Event Structure1:

Personally, I think the first event structure is the best, but please 
let us know which you prefer and also who you think we should ask to 
speak and how we can get as many local and remote NGO's involved as 
possible. I will also send out soon a doodle pool, to determine the date 
for a conference call to start planning and implementing things.
