[Npoc-discuss] Excom for 2017-2018

Hi Roaul,

Thanks for the kind words.  I just want to caution that the nomination
process is over, and technically we are in the voting process, however as
most are unchallenged, it is possible to gear up and start to plan and
execute our responsibilities.

I think we should work as we've been as a team, until the actual voting
process is completed.

For my part, I am elated to be working with all of you and will
congratulate att he end of June.
