[Npoc-discuss] [NPOC-PC] Volunteers Needed for Open Public Comments

Hello Franco, All

I am supportive of any option that you both feel works best.  Might i
suggest though, that the PC Members are involved once the initial comments
are drafted.  As Chair of NPOC, I will assist with reviewing the comments
with the EC and provide any further assistance as may be needed.  The
important issue is to started this process.
