[Npoc-discuss] NPOC CROP Coordinator

Thank you Joan and Judith for the clarifications.
I've used the CROPP (when it was a pilot program) to attend AIS (Africa
Internet Summit) in 2016 in Gaborone, Botswana.
So, I'm familiar with the process and what Judith precised is correct.
