[Npoc-discuss] Report from NPOC Executive Committee (Aug. 20, 2019)

Dear Ore and all,
Thank you for this report.
My questions are as follow : how could the ExCom motivated NPOC members to
be more active, at least; in FC and PC working groups ? Who are these
representatives ? The have to explain the why they have accepted to be
appointed and can't do their duties, IMHO.
