[Npoc-discuss] Candidate statement - Communications chair

Congratulations Ioana on your nomination.

Ioana has been involved in helping with updating the NPOC Charter,
attending constituency meetings at the ICANN conferences and providing
ideas and feedback to many of NPOC development processes, as her statement
says, is full of ideas with the skills to implement them.
