[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Carlos Gutierrez for Policy Chair

Hi Juan,

How wonderful that you  nominate Carlos Gutierrez for Policy Chair.  Carlos
has been very supportive to NPOC in many ways, and most especially to me
personally.  Three years ago when NPOC needed to reorganize, it was Carlos
who encouraged me to take the challenge and run for Chair.  During the last
three years, was always gracious in providing support, and insights for
NPOC.

I hope he accepts the nomination.
