[Npoc-discuss] The new charter of NPOC - members' review

Individuels on the NPOC ? Like it already is in the NCUC and ALAC ?
What a confusion !
I'm sceptic. It's notre usefull for the NPOC to add such a confusion in
this already enough confused ecosystem. IMHO.
My own opinion.
