[Npoc-discuss] The new charter of NPOC - members' review

Hi Remmy,

Individual members is a no no no BIG NO, we solely NGO focused it won't
change.  You want to be individual go NCUC.  So our mission is definitely
correct and should stay as it is.  We done with the charter for me, Roaul
did a great work on this, so why take us back on something that is done and
dusted Remmy, time to move on.

Please Raoul lets move on. kudos to your work.
