[Npoc-discuss] Nomination for Secretariat

Dear all, I know Gloria's capacities and, in her favor, I should say she is a very hard teamworker and I hope she also accepts this nomination to jumping in to the team. I also can say she is Engineer, developer and, now Data Scientist too, so she has the knowledge to be a valuable piece in the Executive Committee.

Looking at the wide pool of excellent members NPOC has, I would like to nominate Ms. Gloria Patricia Meneses Portilla for the NPOC Secretariat. 
Gloria has shown interest in getting more involved within NPOC after the last Members meeting which took place in April and I believe there could be no better time for her to step up and contribute to the community than this round of elections.
