Hi All,
Sorry for the double-posting. Tomorrow is a valuable webinar on the
draft rules for New gTLDs.  The Webinar will provide an overview of
changes to Applicant Support, Challenge & Appeal mechanisms,
Communication Applications, Auctions (via ICANN and also proposed
rules for "private auctions:) and much more!

The Webinar will be run by the Co-Chairs of the oddly-name "Subsequent
Procedures Policy Development Process Working Group" ("SubPro WG")
which has spent over 4 years reviewing the old "New gTLD Applicant
Guidebook" and writing a revised one.  The revisions are now out for
public comment - and due this month.  Do you like them?  Will they
help the Global South, Noncommercial organizations, and other groups
that had a tough time competing in the first round of New gTLDs (2012).

As this work represents a large part of current policy development, it
is a timely Webinar - and a great place to learn more!

Also, if you want to volunteer to help with the comments, please let
Rafik know!
