Thanks for this mail.
I think we should not take it for granted that everyone knows how to write
or do policy comments or respond, therefore, even if some of us do, it
could be refresher to start with that.
Our delving into RPMR, I think should come along but should not mean
jettisoning the process/procedure expected to guide doing policy or public
comment in ICANN.
We must learn to walk as a group before running and following through on
the template earlier shared by Thomas.
