Hi Juan,

Congratulations once again for becoming a GNSO Councillor.  You follow in
the footsteps of Martin, who has made NPOC proud as you will I am sure.

Thank you for your contribution to the NPOC EC Team from the very
beginning.  I know you will be supporting NPOC as it grows and become more
robust in its policy work.

As you begin your new journey, do keep in mind that as an EC we will be
inviting you to present and keeping us up to date with policy issues.
