If the consensus position is to close the account, the EC will have to pass
a formal motion to that effect. 

I will then take a copy of those minutes with me to the Bank and they will
close the account.

Closing it seems the easiest way. Let's do it. I'll try to put some more
effort into opening up that bank account in Estonia. Especially now with
Corona and other future diseases, it's better to be able to handle these
kinds of things remotely.

“zero-balance” bank account. I want my name removed from it, and I
would suggest that it be closed. In either case it will be necessary for
