Yes, I made a typo, but there is no issue to remove it or change it to ICANN78. Since all groups have elections at the same time, the travel funding it mentioned and applicable for the NCSG, new councilors.

Hey there,

It looks good but I have to agree with Caleb that we'd need to at least change it to ICANN78. I think it's customary to also consider new electees to travel for the AGM meeting, so I think that's why it's mentioned there in the first place.
