[NPOC-EC] REMINDER-ICANN78 Design/Translation Deadlines

 Hi Bolutife,
Yes, my comment was primarily focused on our new name "Organizations Constituency" rather than "Not-for-Profit." I apologize, but I'm struggling to discern the distinction between the terms with or without the hyphen. And yes, I was specifically referring to the name mentioned in our new charter.

Dear NPOC EC,

Kind reminder of the ICANN78 Design/Translations Deadlines. I have attached your most recent brochure. I have noted to remove Joan’s email and addinfo at npoc.org. Are there other design changes that are needed?

Regarding translation, I will request Spanish, French, German & Japanese, once the email update and any other possible design changes are made.

Again, there will be no printing.

23 AUGUST 2023: DESIGN DEADLINE:
If you require design assistance for your publication, you need to provide all the text, images, layout, and publication type/size requirements (i.e. one-pager vs. trifold, etc.). You will receive a maximum of 2 iterations of the publication. Please provide everything to Andrea by 23 AUGUST. Please keep in mind that all materials, new or updated, need to be evergreen.

13 SEPTEMBER 2023: TRANSLATION DEADLINE:
If your publication requires translation, please provide the final material(s) to Andrea by 13 SEPTEMBER. This ensures that there is enough time to translate the publication by the start of the meeting, with the possibility of potential changes. If your materials require design assistance (outlined above), please note that the final materials will have to be complete, including the edit/approval process, by this deadline to be translated
