[NPOC-EC] Crop funding application

Hello Everyone,

A fall out from our GSE meeting on Wednesday indicates that we need to get
involved in regional strategies.

The AFRALO is having a General Assembly (GA) which is an ICANN event
holding in Ghana this June and we have not utilize any of our CROP for FY
23 which ends around June-July.

To get atleast one used, I discussed with Raoul to utilize it for our for
the AFRALO GA to carry out an Outreach Enagement.

If you notice the email trail below, ohter SO/AC are calling for folks to
utilize CROP.

Please let me know if you have any reservations.
