Penholders, incorporate changes needed to your sections (using redline) and submit them to the list.

By 12 August – 23:59 UTC
All, read final sections produced by rapporteurs and send any objections or suggested edits you may have to the list.

Plenary call on 13 August (120 min)
All, address suggested edits (if any) and consensus call on new materials.

By 17 August
Support team to circulate draft report.

Plenary call on 20 August (120 min)

By 26 August
All, read the draft report and send any objections, dissent reports (if any), or suggested edits you may have

In addition, please be kindly reminded to:

  *   Send us (off-list) input on whether you have any conflicts in November/December that we should be made aware of in planning for F2F meeting #4. Deadline is today – 23:59 UTC.
  *   Review Brussels meeting report #3 and share any suggested edits/comments you may by 13 August – 23:59 UTC. The meeting report can be found in the attached and has already been approved by the RT leadership. As emphasized on call #37, please bear in mind that recommendations in the report should reflect Brussels agreements, i.e. not current “status quo”.
