Also, I have been asking Dan H about it. He is committed to making this happen, but has been swamped with other matters. I also asked him to schedule a meeting in conjunction with the Sept. 12th meeting.

Subject: [registrars] Regarding implementation of the transfers policy
Hello Ross,
Following the Executive Committee's announcement on the date and
location for a registrars constituency meeting - I sent a message to Dan
Halloran suggesting that he convene a meeting the day before to discuss
the implementation of the transfers policy.
I have yet to receive a reply.
Regards,
Bruce
