[registrars] RE: Groups - boardrm - New ballot "GNSO Registrar Representative Selection"

The rules of procedure require a nomination and a second, and acceptance with a conflict statement.  There seems to be no record of the second prior to the cut off date on Monday.  We asked Bob for his seconds, but hadn't gotten a response.  If there had been a mistake, the ballot can be revised, but can you please show where the second was made, accepted and conflict statement filed by monday?

I thought Bob Connely was also nominated, seconded and put his statement to
the list for these positions.

I see no traffic about him being excluded, so can someone that made the
decision to exclude him please speak up !
