Dear distinguished MINC members,

MINC will be holding its annual conference on the 25-26 October, in
Carthage,
Tunisia. And we will be addressing many of the important topics we
have been
working on for many years, especially in the last year, such as IDNs,
as Language tables, standardisation, IP, UDRP etc. Many of our Working
language groups from all over the world will be participating as well.

The 25th is set for MINC board and is a closed meeting. However the
26th is
the day your participation will be welcome.

MINC IDN 2003 is held back to back with the ICANN meeting, and
overlaps
with other meetings such as the ccTLD meetings for your travel
convenience.

Please RSVP ASAP If you wish to participate to me or our secretariat
at
sec at minc.org . Also if any of you wish to have the opportunity to
present to
let me know immediately as most slots for Guest speaker presentations
have already been assigned with very few left.

Apologies about the short notice.

Best regards,

Khaled Fattal
MINC Chairman & CEO
