I see your point for the criteria 4 but still we are looking for a RC
representative... so how can anyone will be able to represent the RC if
that person have no lilnk to a registrar.
Today we often critic some board member and other people not being in
touch with the reality and espacially the market...so I really think we
need to seek somebody who should be able to represent the RC with some
insights. The registries will have someone working for a registry so I
don't see why the registrars should not have somebody who knows the
registrar problems.

I would like people to forget that sentence "I would urge that in
keeping with criteria 4, nominations should be for individuals not
directly working, consulting for, > or otherwise associated with any
accredited registar."
and try to think about the best interest of the RC itself.

Regards,
Jean-Michel
