Meeting 2004 
Ivan Moura Campos (Brazil - Latin America/Caribbean islands) 
Vinton Cerf (U.S.A. - North America) 
Tricia Drakes (U.K. - Europe) 

These positions are selected by the Nominating Committee.

Incidentally the following (seats 1 through 3) are due to be replaced
after the annual general meeting in 2003, so I assume the nominating
committee should be selecting three new people soon.
