Mike,

The blub Michael posted on ICANNWatch [1] has this gem:

	The letter went on to state, 
	"... I would appreciate it if, for the time being,
	you were only to distribute paper copies, only
	within the Department of Commerce and only as
	necessary."

I didn't get my DoC employee id and decoder ring when I got my ICANN chit.

ENOCLUE is returned everytime I try to comment on the budget.
