[registrars] Teleconferences on 1 December

Dear Members:

There will be an open teleconference with the RC meeting in Vancouver 
starting at about 10;00 am Pacific time tomorrow.

There will be a continuing teleconference with the RC meeting starting at 
about 2:30 pm Pacific time.

Prior to these sessions, there are closed sessions.  The Voting member has 
been provide with the sign in phone number and ID for the closed 
sessions.  I'll send this information to the RC list at about 10:00 and 
2:30 pm.
