[registrars] DROA mining data via our easywhois site

I don't think this is their customer lookup, I try that from their 
website whois and it doesn't pull the query from us.

The referer is from admin.droa.com which is not accessible from the 
public internet.

(I do get a kick out of this from their website: "Note: WHOIS 
information is personal, and is only to be used as a reference"
