▪ 7:45 pm: meeting point at the Conference Center Lobby (reception).

▪ 8:00 pm: All buses depart from the Conference Center.

▪ Conference Badge is required to board bus and enter venue

▪ Bus ride to Gala Dinner is approx. 15 minutes.

▪ Open-Air Venue: please bring a sweater or light jacket

▪ Casual Dress

▪ Return transportation provided after the show
