We have just concluded a meeting with 20 people where we discussed Eurid.

Some of the things discussed were:

More insight into internal processes.
Faster check commands (GoDaddy)
Change of registrant
Emails directly to Registrant about Change of Registrar 
Face to face meetings (Schlund)
Registrar Liason
Same Phone number (Registrar vs. Registrant)
Attend ICANN meeting

Please send Tom (tom at schlund.de) an email if you want to be apart of
drafting a statement to Eurid on behalf of registrars that sign the letter.
It will be more general and the letter will discuss setting up a registrar
liason inside of Eurid and also Eurid meeting with the Registrars to discuss
technical details.
